1896 Partnership dissolved. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between Thomas Topping and William Buxton under the style of Topping and Buxton in the business of Bicycle Makers at Peachey-street Nottingham has been this day dissolved by mutual consent. All debts due to and from the late firm will be received and paid by the said William Buxton by whom the business will in future be carried on...'[1]
