1912 Acquired the agency for the French Caudron aircraft.

1914 As Mr. W. H. Ewen was no longer connected with the firm, it was decided to change the name of the W. H. Ewen Aviation Co., Ltd., to the British Caudron Co., Ltd. The business will continue to be under the management of Mr. Ramsay and Mr. Hunter. [1]
