1895 Partnership dissolved. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned Walter Kirk and Arthur Edwin Kirk carrying on business as Bicycle Makers and Machinists at Westfield Works Burley-road in the city of Leeds under the style or firm of W. and A. Kirk has been dissolved by mutual consent as and from the 7th day of November 1895. All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid by the said Walter Kirk who will carry on the said business at the same address in his own name...'[1]
