Walter G. Head (c1881-1963) of Humphreys and Glasgow


1964 Obituary [1]

Mr Walter G. Head (Member) died on the 27th October 1963, aged 82 years. Educated at St Lawrence College, Ramsgate, and Finsbury Technical College, Mr Head began his career at the South Metropolitan Gas Company.

In 1920 he joined Humphreys and Glasgow Ltd, where he worked for many years as a Senior Project Engineer. Mr Head had been a Member of this Institution for 63 years, and was also a Member of the Institution of Gas Engineers.
