This seems to be a misreporting of the name of Warners, Lucas and Barrett

1856 The large bell for the Westminster Clock Tower (commonly called Big Ben) was cast in the furnaces of Warner, Lucas and Barrett by Warner and Sons of Crescent Foundry, London[1], and one of the quarter bells.
