1881 Founded by Tom Westgarth and Harold English
1895 Dissolution of the business carried on by Henry Foxton Craggs, George Craggs and Tom Westgarth as Marine and General Engine Builders and Repairers and Boiler Makers at North Ormesby in the county of York under the style of Westgarth English and Co. by mutual consent as from the 31st day of December 1895. All debts and liabilities of the late firm will be paid and all debts due to the said firm will be received by Mr. Tom Westgarth.[1]
