1841 Company founded as Widnes Foundry Co.

1936 Private company. The company had been taken over by Thomas W. Ward of Sheffield.

1937 New plant was being installed and further opportunities investigated.[1]

1961 Iron founders and engineers, specialising in chemical plant, iron sectional tanks, fabricated mild and stainless steels and vessels. 350 employees. [2]
