Willan and Mills of Rosehill Foundry, Blackburn.

1840 Company established.

1896 The Blackburn Loom and Weaving Machinery Making Co was registered on 13 July, to take over the businesses carried on under the titles of William Dickinson and Sons, Willan and Mills and John Dugdale and Sons. [1]

1924 Exhibited at the British Empire Exhibition. Also stated as makers of looms, dobbies etc. from the patterns of the late J. and R. Shorrock, Darwen.
