William Annable of Govan, Glasgow.

1883 Paper on "The Manufacture of Steel".[1] 'This paper was prepared by Mr. William Annable, of Govan, Glasgow, who for more than six years conducted the process for the compression of fluid steel at Sir Joseph Whitworth's works.'[2]
