Works and Offices, Wolverhampton, as pupil under the late George Crowe, then City Water Engr., Chester. Career: Supt. Mech. Engr. to the Borough of Shrewsbury; afterwards Engr. and Manager of the Water Undertaking; personally responsible for the Installation of Pressure Filters and the entire overhauling of the Works and Machinery.
