1914 Flour mill engineers and specialists in sifting and mixing machinery for all kinds of dry powders; general engineers and millstone makers. [1]

1950 Acquired by Gloucester Railway Carriage and Wagon Co which was acquired by Winget in 1961.

1962 On 1 April, the trading activities of Gardners were transferred to Winget's Gloucester Railway Carriage and Wagon Works to make better use of the factory space[2].
