Leach (age 16 born Wigan); Edith Ellen Leach (age 15 born Wigan); Amy Leach (age 13 born Wigan); Elsie Leach (age 10 born Wigan); and Herbert Hy. Leach (age 23 born Wigan), Brass Foundry Manager.[1]

With his wife Elizabeth Leech (age 54 born Shropshire) and their six children; Herbert Hy Leech (age 34 born Wigan), Brass Founder; Mary Hannah Greener (age 31 born Wigan), Married; Marian Leech (age 29 born Wigan); Edith Helen Leech (age 26 born Wigan); Amy Leech (age 24 born Wigan); and Elize Leech (age 21 born Wigan).[2]

We regret record the death of Mr. Leech, of Ellesmere House, Pemberton which took place on Wednesday.
The deceased gentleman, who was 73 years of had not taken any active part public life for some years. Formerly was member of the old Pemberton Local Board, and one time chairman; and we also believe was on the Highway Board about the same period.
In business, Mr. Leech was bressfounder, and was the head the firm of the Pepper Mill Foundry Company. Darlington-street, Wigan.
Mr. Leech leaves a grown-up family to mourn his loss. The funeral will take place Saturday.
