1840 Advert: 'To be SOLD by PRIVATE CONTRACT, ONE STEAM ENGINE, from Eight to Ten Horses power, nearly New, made by Mr. Mawson, of Bradford, with Steam Boiler, Going Geer, Three Lines of Shafting 50 Feet each, Conic Drums, Pullies, Coupling Boxes, Hangers. &c. Also a large Quantity of MODELS for Worsted Preparing and Spinning Machinery, Slide and Back Geer Lathes, Power Looms, &c.
