1899 Foster died; late of the Grove Horley in the county of Surrey and of No. 87 Grange road Bermondsey, London, trading there as Foster and Williams, India Rubber Manufacturers, also of No. 79 Great Portland street, Marylebone, London (a partner there in the firm of Heinke and Co.)[1]
