1839 Dissolution of the partnership with Edward Perry of Wolverhampton, as Japanners and Tin-Plate Workers[3]

1840 Acquired Charles Mander's japanning business; brought Henry Loveridge into the business (possibly into a partnership)[4]

1841 Draper and tailor, living in Wolverhampton, with John Shoolbread 20[5]

1851 Japaner and tin plate worker, living in Bushbury, with Winefred Shoolbred 55[6]

1860 Sold the Japanware business to Loveridge
