Wood & Gee Crab Engine, No.513 of c.1894, is preserved at Woodhorn Colliery [1]

1900 Mention of 'two large compound engines by Messrs. Wood and Gee of Wigan' for the colliery at Agecroft for Andrew Knowles and Sons.[3]
1902 Partnership dissolved. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between John Wood and John Gee, carrying on business as Engineers and Ironfounders, at Barley Brook Foundry, Frog-lane, Wigan, in the county of Lancaster, under the style or firm of "WOOD AND GEE," has been dissolved as and from the 6th day of October, 1902, by the death on that date of the said John Gee. All debts due to and owing by the late firm will be received and paid by the said John Wood, by whom the said business will in future be carried on under his own name.....John Thos. Gee, Executor of John Gee, deceased.'[4]
