1890 Wright and Greig Limited, 8 Cadogan Street, Glasgow, was incorporated, with capital of £150,000, to acquire and carry on the business of carried on by George Wright and Robert Gillespie Greig, wholesale wine and spirit merchants and agents, trading under the firm of Wright and Greig, Glasgow and elsewhere.[1]
