- Binns Brothers and Stiller, Northbrook Mills, Bradford, wool merchants.
- William Lawton, Millgate and Granville Mills, Huddersfield, woollen yarn spinners.
- John Woodhead, Albion and Alma Mills, Thongsbridge, near Huddersfield, woollen and angora yarn spinners.
1967 Acquired Walter Greenwood and Sons,[2] and Allen Thornton and Sons.[3]
