of Bradford-on-Avon, Wilts.

Anthony Best Dynamics (ABD) was founded by Tony Best in 1982 with a vision to supply noise, vibration, and suspension engineering services to the automotive industry.

In the 1980s and 1990's ABD was involved in many consultancy projects including the design of the suspension of the McLaren F1 road car, and an active suspension system for Jaguar.

Early products developed include 'PLATO' end-of-line noise and vibration test systems that are used around the World to test vehicle drivelines.

At one time the company was based in the former Moulton Bicycles factory in Bradford-on-Avon. An impressive new HQ building was opened in the town in 2018, where the company design, develop and produce advanced vehicle test systems and equipment to automotive manufacturers and suppliers.
