1906 Adam Paterson and Sons Limited was registered as a private company, with capital of £10,000, to carry on the business of tweed, etc. manufacturers.[1]

1964 A. and J. Macnab, one of the textile firms owned by Sir Hugh Fraser's Scottish Universal Investment Trust, acquired the Haddington business, with which it already had close connections.[2]

1991 The company was dissolved.[3]
