1960 The chairman of the Butterley Co reported that Air Products (Great Britain) Ltd had several orders for large oxygen plant[1]

1960 Company consolidated as Air Products Ltd

1961 Butterley sold its interests in Air Products (Great Britain) to the parent Air Products of the USA[2]

1968 Queen's Award to Industry for Export Achievement [3]

1988 Re-registered as Air Products PLC
