1893 Partnership change. '... the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Joseph Appleton, William Thomas Burbey, Albert Edward Williamson, and Edward Lionel Joseph, carrying on business as Electrical Engineers and Contractors, at 92, Queen Victoria-street, in the city of London, under the style or firm of Appleton, Burbey, and Williamson, has been dissolved, by mutual consent, as and from the 24th day of June, 1893. All debts due and owing to or by the said late firm will be received and paid by the said William Thomas Burbey, Albert Edward Williamson, and Edward Lionel Joseph ; and that in future such business will be carried on by the said William Thomas Burbey, Albert Edward Williamson, and Edward Lionel Joseph...'[2]
