1907 Pickfords began importing them
1930 Armstrong Whitworth was licensed to produce the Saurer at its Scotswood-on-Tyne works
1931 First models shown at the Commercial Motor Show
1937 Production ceased.
1942 Armstrong-Saurer Road Vehicle Service was one of the few assets remaining in Armstrong Whitworth Securities Company Ltd before it could be wound up[1].
