1972 Butterfield-Harvey Group sold General Galvanizers and Globe Tank and Foundry (Wolverhampton) to Ash and Lacy[3]
1995 Acquired C. I. Group
2000 a large proportion of the shares were acquired by Hill and Smith Holdings
