1931 The products were mostly machine-tools for special purposes, chiefly in connexion with precision grinding and profile milling. The firm had recently specialized in automatic thread-grinding machines.

1935 Closed; premises taken over by Newall Engineering Co. 'It is interesting to note that Mr. Harry F. Atkins, managing director of the former concern of Atkins (Peterborough). Ltd., was with the Newall Engineering Co., in early years of the century.'[2]
