1946 Company formed by Bird and Billington - both were formerly with Automotive Products
Early products included engineering components, chassis and gas cookers.
The first major batch of caravan chassis was sold to Pearman Briggs
1960 Acquired by Wrights Ropes which in 1963 were in turn acquired by British Ropes
1964 Sold by British Ropes to Bullough Securities. [1]
