1934 Baglan Foundry and Engineering Company[1]

1954 Baglan Engineering Co. (1919) Ltd. opened their new Melyn works, on the site I of the old Melyn Tinplate Works. A small coke fired re-circulating type drying stove is at the end of the shop and all kinds of bronze castings can be manufactured. . The Pattern Shop is equipped with the usual pattern making machinery[2]

1967 The Llanelly Foundry and Engineering Co operations were transferred to Neath and merged with Baglan Foundry and Engineering Co[3]

1969 INGOT MOULD AND PLATE MAKERS IRON AND BRONZE FOUNDERS - GENERAL ENGINEERS General Iron Castings up to 20 tons. Bronze Castings to B.S.S. 1400 and American Specifications. [4]

1976 Closed their machine shop on Friday, April 23, but only seven men would lose their jobs.[5]
