1899 The company was registered on 29 September, to take over the businesses of floorcloth and linoleum manufacturers of John Barry, Ostlere and Co, the Kirkcaldy Linoleum Co and Messrs. Shepherd and Beveridge. [1]

1914 Manufacturers of floorcloth and linoleum. Specialities: inlaid linoleum by Walton's patents, plain and printed linoleums, cork carpets, granite, plank and jaspe linoleums. [2]

1930 Merged with the Linoleum Manufacturing Co to form Barry and Staines Linoleum.[3]
