1919 The company was established. It acquired Perry Motor Co in the same year, but this was later sold.
1926 The firm was acquired by Perry and Co.
1927 Motor Cycle and Cycle Show at Olympia 127 Gallery
1954 58th Annual general meeting of Perry and Co (Holdings) Ltd; chairman A. E. Wiley; J. B Bayliss presided over the meeting. Subsidiary companies were the cycle component makers Perry Chain Co, Bayliss, Wiley and Co Ltd, as well as Perry and Co (Pens) Ltd [1].
