1919 Established as the motor distributing organisation of William Beardmore and Co., Ltd.

1919 Produced taxicabs.

1922 Specialities: Taxi cabs, private and commercial cars, aeroplane and airship engines. Directors: Rt. Hon. Lord Invernairn (Chairman ), Francis M. Luther, J. G. Girdwood and George H. Allsworth.

1923 Improved taxicab introduced.

1961 Manufacturers of the "Beardmore" taxi cab. 100 employees. [1]

1961 Listed as Beardmore Motors Ltd manufacturers of taxi cabs. Employed 100 persons at St. John's Wood, London. Company established in 1919. [2]
