'... the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, William Bodden and William Mercer, carrying on business as Spindle and Flyer Makers, at Hargreaves Spindle Works, and as Cotton Spinners, at Holyrood Mill, both in Oldham, in the county of Lancaster, and as Cotton Spinners,' at Moss Mill, in Royton, in the said county, under the style or firm of Bodden and Mercer, is dissolved by mutual consent, as and from the 15th day of April instant.
