'... the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, William Higginson, William Bodden and William Mercer, carrying on business as Spindle and Fly Makers, at Henshaw-street, in Oldham, in the county of Lancaster, under the style or firm of Higginson and Company, is this day dissolved by mutual consent. All debts due to and owing by the said copartnership firm, will be received and paid respectively by the said William Bodden and William Mercer...'[1]
