1956 Company formed by merger of Bowater Fibre Containers and Eburite Corrugated Containers[1]

Also owned[2]:

1957 Agreement with Bowater Paper Corporation to merge their interests in packaging; acquired from Bowaters the shares in Hunt Partners and the packaging businesses of Associated Bowater Industries[3]

1960 Bowater Paper Corporation acquired the shares in the company that it did not already own[4]

by 1961 included Bowater-Eburite Flexible Packaging Ltd. of Lever Street, Bolton

Presumably became Bowater Packaging
