Professor of Geology, Royal College of Sc.; 1914-30, Professor of Economic Mineralogy, Imperial College of Sc. and Technology. Author of reports on World's Production of Silver (Indian Currency Committee, 1919), on Copper Deposits of Cyprus (Colonial Office, 1922), and Geology and Mineral Resources of Cyprus (1924).
