'...the co-partnership lately subsisting between us, Charles John Carr, of Belper, in the County of Derby; Michael Barrett, of Heage, in the County of Derby aforesaid; and John Whittingham, of Belper aforesaid, heretofore carrying on trade as Bone y Grinders and Crushers under the firm of "Carr and Co.," has this day been dissolved by mutual consent...'[1]
