1911 Living at 43 Outram Road, Croydon: Thomas Robert Ablett (age 62 born St. Pancras), Founder of the Royal Drawing Society. With his wife Jane and their son Charles Antony Ablett (age 29 born Ilkley), Engineer, Electrical.[1]

1924 Appointed as managing director to the Unbreakable Pulley and Mill Gearing Co.

1939 Listed as Civil Engineer and Company Chairman.[2]
