CHARLES ORR CAMPBELL, born on the 24th May, 1873, died at Cairo on the 10th July, 1915.

At the time of his death he was Engineer in charge of new works in the Egyptian State Railways administration.

Previously he had been engaged on the North Eastern Railway, the South Indian Railway, and under the Sudan Government on township and harbour works at Port Sudan, entering the Egyptian service in 1906.

He was elected an Associate Member on the 11th April, 1899, and was transferred to the class of Members on the 2nd April, 1912.
