1851 Partnership change. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between the undersigned, Joseph Wethered, Edwin Wethered, Handel Cossham, Christopher Keeling, and Henry Wethered, carrying on business together as Coal, Lime, Slate, and Salt Merchants, in the county of Gloucester, and in several other counties and places in England, under the styles or firms of Wethered, Keeling, and Cossham, and the Cheltenham Coal Company, has been this day dissolved by mutual consent, the said Christopher Keeling retiring therefrom. All debts due to the said partnership are to be paid to the said Joseph Wethered, Edwin Wethered, Handel Cossham, Henry Wethered, and also Stephen Parsloe Bendall, by whom the business will be in future conducted...'[1]
