1906 Dissolution of the Partnership between William Blenkinsop, John Thomas Robinson, Thomas Mathias, and Stephen Treverton, all of Middlesbrough, in the county of York, carrying on the business of Oil Refiners and Oil and General Merchants, at Cargo Fleet-road, Middlesbrough aforesaid and elsewhere, under the style or firm of the CLEVELAND OIL COMPANY.[1]

1910 T. Mathias left the partnership with Robinson and Treverton[2]

1910 Dissolution of the partnership between John Thomas Robinson and Stephen Treverton, carrying on business in copartnership at Stockton-street, Middlesbrough, in the county of York, as Oil and Grease Merchants and Oil Refiners, under the style or firm of "THE CLEVELAND OIL CO." All debts due to and owing by the late firm will be received and paid by Stephen Treverton, by whom the business will in future be carried on.[3][4].
