- East Lancashire Coachbuilders (recently acquired)
- Western Motor Holdings (a minority shareholding was being acquired)
1969 Supplier of containers with facilities in Sheffield and Woodville - Cravens Homalloy (Sheffield) Ltd. was a leader in the UK; also facilities at Preston, Garstang and Rochford. Acquired Taskers of Andover, maker of trailers[2]
