1890 Partnership change. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, William Douglas Dugdale, George Crocker the younger, and Charles Joseph Foster, carrying on business as Ironmongers; Ironfounders, Machinists, and Engineers, at 64, High West-street, Dorchester, and High-street, Fordington, in the county of Dorset, under the style or firm of Crocker and Co., has been dissolved, by mutual consent, as and from the 31st day of December, 1889, so far as regards the said George Crocker the younger. All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid by the said William Douglas Dugdale, Charles Joseph Foster, and John Green Lott, by whom the said business will be carried on under the style of Foster, Lott, and Co...'[1]
