'...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned William Douglas Dugdale, Charles Joseph Foster and John Green Lott carrying on business as Ironmongers Ironfounders and Engineers at 64 High West-street Dorchester in the county of Dorset and the Foundry Fordington Dorchester aforesaid under the style or firm of Foster Lott and Co. has been dissolved by mutual consent as and from the 2nd day of November 1894. All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid by the said William Douglas Dugdale and Charles Joseph Foster now trading as Foster and Co at 64 High West-street Dorchester...'[1]
