1908 Partnership change. '... the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Samuel Dorsett, William Hayward, and Herbert Baker Smith, carrying on business as Cycle Manufacturers and Machinists, at Sedgley-street, Wolverhampton, under the style or firm of the "D. H. AND S." DIAMOND CYCLE COMPANY, was dissolved as from the 29th day of February, 1908, by mutual consent. All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid by the said Samuel Dorsett and Herbert Baker Smith, who will continue to carry on business at the above address under the style of the "D.
