1914 The Dundee Brattice Cloth and Waterproofing Company Limited was incorporated as a private company, with capital of £5,000, to carry on business as manufacturers and merchants of and dealers in brattice cloths, waterproof fabrics, and packing materials.[1]

1950 Listed as a subsidiary of A. and S. Henry and Co [2]

1983 The company went into receivership.[3]

1990 The company was dissolved.[4]
