'... the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Henry Edmunds the younger, and Walter Thomas Goolden, under the style or firm of Edmunds and Goolden, at 2, Victoria Mansions, in the city of Westminster, and at the Bull Green Iron Works, Halifax, in the county of York, as Electrical Engineers, has been this day dissolved by mutual consent.
