c1818 Born in Newbury, son of William Plenty

1841 Married Caroline Simmonds in Kingsclere[1]

1844 Entered a plough at Southampton show that was commended for lightness of draught[2]

1851 Edward P. Plenty 33, Millwright, iron founder and blacksmith, employing 12 men, lived in Thatcham with Caroline Plenty 27, Fanny Plenty 9, Edward P Plenty 6, Kate Plenty 4, Alice E Plenty 2, Jane Plenty 73, unmarried sister (born Southampton)[3]

1861 Edward Pellow Plenty 44, agricultural engineer, employing 45 men and 6 boys, lived in Newbury with Caroline Plenty 38, Fanny Plenty 19, Edward Pellew Plenty 16, Kate Plenty 14, Emily Alice Plenty 12, Mary Elizabeth Plenty 9, Bertha Amelia Plenty 5, Florance Ada Plenty 1[4]

With his wife Caroline Plenty (age 68 born Alresford) and their two daughters Bertha Plenty (age 35 born Newbury) and Blanche Plenty (age 25 born Newbury). One Visitor. One servant.[8]

1898 Died in Kingsclere[9].
