1982 the Taylor and Kent business was renamed Elizabethan Fine Bone China Ltd. and continued at the Florence Works.
1987 Elizabethan Fine Bone China merged with Rosina China Co. Ltd.
1988 the combined company operated under the temporary name of Crownford Holdings Ltd
Both of these businesses were already owned by the brothers Oswald & Derek Shufflebottom.
1989 the merged companies became Crownford China Co. Ltd.
