c.1941 the brothers Oswald and Derek Shufflebottom acquired the business of George Warrilow and Son. They renamed it Rosina China Co. Ltd.

1987 Rosina China merged with Elizabethan Fine Bone China

1988 the businesses operated under the temporary name of 'Crownford Holdings Ltd'. Both of these businesses were already owned by the brothers Oswald & Derek Shufflebottom.

1989 the merged companies became Crownford China Co. Ltd.
