1989 Moved to a new factory at Redditch.[1]

1990-6 Acquired Mackwell Electronics. Start-up in retail and display lighting. Acquired Philip Payne emergency exit signs

2009-11 Acquired Solite Europe Lighting for clean rooms. Acquired Portland Lighting. Sold Mackwell Electronics.

2013 Set up TRT Lighting, an evolution from Thorlux Lighting
