'...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between the undersigned, Watkin Lewis Faire, George Robert Faire, Henry Porter, and George Thomas Porter, carrying on business at Leicester, in the county of Leicester, as Manufacturers of Small Wares and Commission Agents, under the style or firm of Faire, Brother, and Porter, was, on the 1st day of January instant, dissolved by effluxion of time and mutual consent...'[1]
